Participants play the role of the HR manager in a big company. The task is to choose the best teams (CVs) to complete the project. They will need to consider each candidate’s hard and soft skills and how these interact to help or hinder the team’s performance. At the end of every round participants will be able to see how their decisions have affected the business unit’s market performance.
